- Carefully open your new treasure
- Test the VapCap without any product in it and in a quiet place to get a feel for using the device without wasting any sacred plants
- Heat the middle of the device with a torch lighter for 5 or 6 seconds while turning the device
- If you don't hear the click before the 6 seconds, wait until the device has cooled completely before heating again
- When you are ready to try with your sacred plants, remove the cap and fill the chamber. Use unground or coarsely ground plants only
- Close the cap
- Rotate and heat the VapCap with your butane torch on the last third of the metal cap (never the end) until you hear the click (burning for more than 3 seconds after the click will permanently damage the device)
- Inhale with a long and steady draw, adjusting the air hole as desired
- Continue to draw from the VapCap until you ear the second click, indicating cool down (it may take one minute to reset)
- Blow or remove the remaining residue out of the chamber with the cap
- Clean the body with water or alcohol free cleaning solution
